Privacy Policy.

Giovanetti Golf is run by one person: me, Jordan Giovanetti. In this policy, "I," "me," and "Giovanetti Golf" all mean the same thing: Giovanetti Golf, LLC, based in Orlando, Florida.

This policy explains what I collect, why, and what you can do about it. I keep it short on purpose.

What I collect

• When you join the email list. Your email address, and your handicap if you choose to share it. Nothing else.
• When you apply to the prototype program. The information you enter on the interest form: your name, your email, and the details about your game and equipment that you choose to provide.
• When you visit the site. Standard technical data your browser sends, such as IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you view. This comes through my website host and its built-in analytics.
• If you are an enrolled prototype tester. The round and performance data you submit through the testing tools I provide, so I can evaluate the prototypes and support the program.

I do not collect payment information on this site. There is nothing to buy here yet.

Why I use it

• To send you the updates you asked for.
• To review prototype applications and run the testing program.
• To answer you when you reach out.
• To operate the site, keep it secure, and make it better.

I do not sell your information, and I do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Who helps me run this

I use a few trusted services to do specific jobs. They process your information only to provide their service to me:

• Mailchimp (email list and email delivery).
• Formspree (delivers the interest-form submissions to me).
• Squarespace (hosts the site and provides built-in analytics).

Cookies and analytics

My host sets cookies that keep the site working and measure basic, aggregate traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may then work less smoothly.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails at any time, using the link at the bottom of any email I send.
• See or delete your data. Email me and I will show you what I have, or remove it, within a reasonable time.
• These rights apply to everyone. If you are somewhere with specific privacy laws, for example the EU, the UK, or California, you may have additional rights, and I will honor them.

How long I keep it

I keep your information for as long as I need it for the purpose I collected it, or until you ask me to delete it, whichever comes first.

Children

This site is meant for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent me information, email me and I will delete it.

Security

I take reasonable steps to protect your information, and I rely on established services to store it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so I cannot promise absolute security, but I treat your data with care.

Changes to this policy

If I change this policy, I will post the new version here and update the effective date. Material changes will be made clear.
