The terms for using this site.

Welcome. This site is run by Giovanetti Golf, LLC ("Giovanetti Golf," "I," or "me"), based in Orlando, Florida. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
This site is where I show the work: the lineup, the fitting, on-course analysis, and the engineering behind the putters. You can join the email list and apply to the prototype program. You cannot buy a putter on the site yet. When that changes, I will add the terms that cover purchases (pricing, payment, fitting, shipping, and returns), and they will apply to those orders.
If you join the list, you are asking me to email you. I will, and you can unsubscribe at any time. How I handle your information is covered in the Privacy Policy.
Applying to test a prototype is not a guarantee that you will be selected. If you are selected, your participation is governed by the separate tester agreement I provide at that time, which controls if anything there conflicts with these terms.
The putters, the designs and renders, the NDES Architecture, the photography, the text, the G mark, the σ mark, and the Giovanetti Golf name and wordmark are my intellectual property, or used with permission. You are welcome to view and share links to the site. Please do not copy, reproduce, or reuse the content or marks for your own purposes without my written permission.
Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it, and no using it to break the law or infringe someone else's rights.
I work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but I provide it "as is," without warranties of any kind. Specifications, renders, and timelines shown here describe work in progress and may change. Nothing on the site is a binding offer until it is confirmed in writing.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Giovanetti Golf is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
The site may link to services I use or trust, such as my email and form providers. I am not responsible for the content or practices of sites I do not control.
I may update these terms as the business grows, most notably when purchasing goes live. I will post the new version here and update the effective date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
